• Eat a variety of foods from different good groups every day. Be sure to eat plenty of
protein, fiber, vitamins, and good carbs. You can look over sample meal plans online to get an idea of what to
include in your daily meals.
• Try working out at least four times a week. Even walking twenty minutes or so a day
will be helpful. Losing weight quickly involves more than just making smart food choices---it also involves
burning fat, which can only be done by exercising. So walk, get on the treadmill, dance, jog, swim, do some
aerobics, etc. a few times a week.
