Getting Started With Work Out Programs

In order to lose and control weight you need to not only limit your portion sizes, you must also exercise regularly. You can increase your caloric intake if you want, just as long as the food you eat is healthy. If you do give in and eat pizza or junk food, try not to worry about it. Just continue with your exercise and everything will be okay.

Whatever you do, don't push yourself. It's great to be motivated, but not to the point where you feel the need to do more exercise than your body can handle. Trying to do too much will only result in an injury, and that'll make things even harder on you!
